Welcome!

 

        I am currently an M.S. graduate student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.  My advisor, Dr. Matthew Van Den Broeke, and I are working on a project studying the effects of supercell rear-flank-downdrafts (RFD) on tornadogenesis and demise.  Specifically, how properties of the moisture environment and internal surges of the RFD effect the strength of the mesocyclone and consequently, the tornado life cycle.
